A personalized, in home relaxing, healing experience. This 60 minute session is a deeply restorative sound journey brought directly to you. I travel to your home or chosen space, creating a calming, sacred atmosphere where ever you are. Using Crystal Singing Bowls and intuitive energetic guidance. I support your body releasing stress and returning to a state of balance.
During your session, you will lie back comfortably as sound vibrations gently cleanses through your body, soothing the nervous system, softening emotional tension, and inviting clarity, peace and renewal. Each session is tailored to you and your intentions, whether your seeking relaxation, emotional release, or connecting to self. After the sound bowl session I allow space for you to talk about your experience and reflect on what came up for you if you would like.
